All prepaid orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Domestic deliveries generally arrive within 3-7 business days.
For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, delivery may take 10-12 business days.

We offer free delivery on all orders, ensuring your Kama Care Hair Oil reaches you without any extra shipping cost.

Your products are carefully packed with biodegradable cushioning materials and placed in sturdy, recyclable boxes to ensure safe transit.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your package’s status directly on the courier’s website or through your Kama Care account.

Orders will need to be signed upon delivery.
If you are unavailable, you may authorize a trusted person to receive the package on your behalf.
We recommend personal receipt to avoid delivery issues.

Currently, Kama Care ships within India only.
