The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received back (if required), refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Orders claimed after the 7-day window.
Opened, used, or tampered products (unless there is a manufacturer’s defect).
Orders returned without prior approval from our customer support team.
Prepaid Order Policy
Refunds are issued only for orders paid in advance through our website.
Cash on Delivery (if introduced) is not eligible for refunds, except for genuine quality or delivery issues.
